Lord, thank you for beautiful things. We are not called to be superficial people, but we are encouraged to give praise for the lovely and excellent. I see your creativity reflected in the craftsmanship of fine glassware and pottery. I see your artistry in the glimmers and rich hues of gems. Your vibrancy is on display through intricate beadwork and finely embroidered stitches. You fill the earth with exquisite flora and perfumes to delight our senses. While these things might only offer outward beauty, they add enjoyment and prettiness to this world that speak to your generous and loving character. Amen.
