Spirit of God, erode away the calcified areas of my heart where I have allowed myself to be hardened against you and others. Where resentments, bitterness, anger, unforgiveness, pettiness, and fear have built up, help me cooperate with you in healing these areas to reveal tenderness, trust, and love underneath. Amen.
